Q. What are the costs for postage and packaging?

A. We charge between £3.90 and £6.00 per order. We use Royal Mail and Business Post depending upon your location and the value of your order so that if required, your order is fully insured. 


Q. How can I pay for my order? 

A. We accept all major credit and debit cards, personal cheques, banker's drafts, postal orders and 'Accor' vouchers (which may have been given to you by your employers). We can also accept NHS vouchers as payment. Simply send your NHS voucher to us by post to Net Optics, 2nd Floor, Oliver Road Medical Center, Leyton, E10 5NF with details of your order.

A. Yes. We use a secure server, and our payment processing is currently via NatWest Streamline Merchant Services. They use the highest level of 128bit Encryption technology for your maximal protection.

Q. When does the 14-day or 28 day period start? 

A. Your glasses will be sent to you with a copy of your order details. This will state the start date of your money back guarantee.
